According to Ayyar the bhoomi pooja had to be done before sun rise.
5 am on the morning of 6th of March was fixed.
Everyone was awake almost all night in the worry of not being able to wake up in time.
All were ready and present at the site by 5 am except for Dickey Mama of course :)
The Ayyar though, decided to delay it big time. He arrived only after 6 am. We all awaiting his arrival. That one hour seemed the longest.
Anand and Chinnappa organized to have the North East corner of the plot cleaned and levelled the previous day itself. In the dark we could see a dark spot in the cleared area. Later to be discovered as fresh dung of a cow. All were mighty happy about the good sign.
The Ayyar commenced the pooja immediately on arrival.
And the sun was rising in front of us as the ceremony came to an end.
The sight was breathtaking. Only reinforced my faith in the design of the house to come.
Ayyar's has advised us to use the 3 stones we worshipped in the foundation of the house.
A yummy breakfast of Chow chow bath and idli sambhar at Prabhu Vihar followed all the wait.
The site is being further cleaned of all the Debris dumped by some Mr.Kumar.
We should be able to mark the centrelines for the house tomorrow.
